Born and raised in Liu Yang, Hunan province, and with a B.E. from Hunzhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, Mr. Zhang is well versed and connected in central China area. He came to the United States 10 years ago, and worked for AT&T for over 8 years. During his stay in USA, he also co-founded a couple of startup companies. He received an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School. He once successfully helped prevent a Chinese company from filing for bankruptcy by negotiating with its debt holders and bringing in new management team. Mr. Zhang lives half of his time in New Jersey, USA and half in central China Area. After 2006, he will spend more time in China.
Mr. Xie, Chairman of the board of Liu Yang Credit Investment Ltd., has years of experience in investment banking, and holds a Ph.D in Economics from Wuhan University.
Mr. Sun, General Manager of Liu Yang Credit Investment Ltd., CPA, has years of experience in Financial industry, and holds an MBA from Central South University.
